This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I opened my account and still not able to register over the app to see account details. Keeps saying CNIC not linked to account number. Like seriously? This needs a serious update

MCB Bank has gone totally overboard trying to build in security features that simply don’t work. One can see that the user experience folks have no idea what they should be doing. The security features are absolute overkill and erode the overall functionality. And to top it all the back end is so unstable that you’re constantly praying for the transaction to go through. It’s clear that the entire IT department has no idea how to deliver a consistent product that actually works as it’s supposed to. It’s quite sad.

This app stops loading after few weeks. The first logo keeps going in circles and never loads a login page. This has similiar problem on the web. I am trying to reload again. Hoping that MCB can improve it otherwise apple store must ask them to remove it as this is a low quality app.

Please improve and customer friendly.

The app keeps on asking me for 4 fingers biometric despite of the fact I went through the process a couple of times. The pop up keeps popping up asking for it. Moreover, I’ve noticed that nearly every week I’ve to register for thumb scan as I believe there is some sort of an update. That is usually not the case in any other banking I use.

Keep asking authorisation for already authorised device. And then doesn’t because it says this device is already registered to another account. Fix this issue.

I can’t get any login info to access my account details. The app launches but does nothing. No login fields appear, just plain white screen. Even uninstall and install does not work.

This app is a slap on the face of all those who are associated with this bank and working there Always gets errors and bugs on this app and they really don’t bother to fix anything as they think that the money from the ppl they have in their bank belongs to them. Shame on this poor app in this time of development and advancement.

I’m forced to update the app but there is no update available. Do you have an IT department or a bunch of clowns playing around? What a joke.

It’s been a while ever since app stopped working, upon opening the app it won’t show login screen at all except blank white screen with watermark on the bottom.I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone but still nothing is working. Come on if your team can’t fix these minor bugs how we’re going to use app to make transactions, check statements etcetera. FIX THE ISSUE ASAP FIX THE ISSUE ASAP FIX THE ISSUE ASAP
