User cannot even log in then what is the purpose ..

Its like someone had set out to design the worlds worst Banking App ever. Its like the goal of this App is to make the customer hare MCB and given them the most frustrating experience ever.

The worst app i have ever used

Weird “security” features, choppy and unstable, inaccurate data and no customer support

It feels that you guys hired freelancers from Fiver to work on this app. The UI is very poor and pathetic like from stoneage times And it asks for OTP everytime i make a transaction or add a beneficiary. Learn from Meezan Bank . They don’t have this stupid OTP irritating system disturbing their users. Close this app down. Most pathetic UX user experience.

One word pathetic and worst level of engineering you can witness in this app, please remove this app from app store you guys are bringing bad name to our country’s tech industry.

Resting a password should be seamless. It does not work 97 percent of the time if you locked out of the account

Almost 90% of the time when I use the app I get dissatisfied for example after almost every week or 10 days, the facial recognition system stops working and you have to type in the password again to enable it, when adding a new beneficiary if there is something wrong with the account number instead of giving that specific error message it says system cannot process your request at the moment please try again later. The OTP system is totally messed up if you use email for getting the OTP it is almost impossible to get the OTP from Email and type it in within 45 seconds, not sure who is the Einstein who came up with the 45 second limit. many times the email comes after 30 seconds leaving you no time to fill in. And here is the icing on the cake no matter what feedback you leave the developers or the management never respond. if you want to see what a good app is see the app of Bank of America with over 4 million ratings of over 4.8.

I am overseas and had a issue with mobile aap I did hundreds call for help but I am helpless and can’t use the Mcb aap I will switch my bank whenever I will be back to Pakistan
