Meraki

No support for customers! Trying to create password ’by book’ don’t allow me. Trying to call center, don’t allow without customer number, which I can’t access without creating password! Stupid app! Don’t download it!

I’m hoping that this app continues to improve with new features.

It worked fine at first but now when I open it the main page opens but within a second it goes to a white screen. I have deleted it and reinstalled, turned off my iPhone, cleared browser caches but it is still doing it.

It just freezes. I have tried reinstalling but still same. Last update is just trash

Loved old UI. Worked great. Since the developers updated to the new look, it is buggy, to say the least. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling without improvement. When the UI first updated, when I can click on one item, such as a single AP, it may work to open that page, but then any later attempts to open another page or tab, nothing happened. Fortunately, that issue has improved in later updates. However, the UI still has issues. The change in what is visually seen upon first opening a list of devices is less than in the old UI. The biggest complaint is not seeing an easy list of IPs or Macs like on the old UI, which made it easy to check if devices are what they should be. In the new UI, every device or client must be selected and opened in order to view their specific IPs and other information. This creates a lot more effort and time just to view. In all, the web gui is great and shows quite a lot. If only the app could do similar. But the product line is still good and so will at least give this a few star rating.

The app is great if you sign in directly with your Meraki Dashboard username and password; but if your organisation uses SAML SSO to sign into the dashboard, you're out of luck. For now, at least. Really disappointing.

As a SysAdmin working for an MSP, this app would have been a great add-on to get a quick view of our clients Meraki Networks. However, it seems like the app does not work with delegated access to our clients as opposed to the web access. Please add support for this core functionality. Regards,
