This app is perfect for a quick on the go support role. You don’t want to try to drill down into a complex troubleshooting session from here, but it’s great for its intended purpose.

Updated the app and now it no longer works

I am a technology Director for two schools, and I use the app on my phone constantly. To make sure that all of our devices are up and running and teachers can do their jobs. If I need help technical support is there, but usually the app tells me all I need to know to solve a problem. Thanks, Meraki!!!
