Mercer Super

They have been stuffing around with this app for months now and still can not get it right! Can never log in. Time to sack your IT DEPARTMENT and get someone who knows what they are doing

When it works it’s ok, that’s not very often though.

Your customers deserve better that what you are serving with this apps. Fails to load 90% of the time. Very little features. So many possibilities and no progress.

I use mercer super for my work but I wish I could change supers, the app I mean it shows my balance which is great and it comes straight up when you open the app which is also great and easy but the app is so dodgy and needs an update like visuals and it dose not fill the screen. Like it is the most dodgy looking super app. I recommend a new update maybe new design?

This is properly one of the worst apps I have ever used. The reliability and consistency of this app almost non-existent. Disappointing a large superfund like Mercer doesn’t invest more money into making their services more accessible to their fundholders.

Features and performance less than adequate.

Apart from being the worst app ever on the App Store, it’s now stopped working altogether

They do not deserve to run superfund.

One of the worst and slowest apps I’ve ever seen, had to force shut it multiple times and even that doesn’t work as it just keeps on loading and being unresponsive most of the time

I thinks there something wrong with this version Needs a email login keyboard, keeps reverting back to the login screen every time I load app , it use to work fine with Face ID for the balance. I get the spinning wheel everytime I try to log in. It’s not functioning at IT DOESN’T WORK PLEASE TAKE IT OUT OF SERVICE!!
