Mercer Super

I used lots of financial companies App… Mercer super has the honour to be the bottom 3… and actually, THE bottom one… no dispute. Just try to use it yourself you can appreciate. No idea how they spent the profits they made out of us but not to have an even half decent App.

Every time I use the app, the ring of death just keeps going round and around. I need to register and go through the whole process of setting pins etc just to get a balance. Surely after all these years of this problem, you can get to the bottom of it and solve it for your clients.

Was this app tested internally before being released? It never works and never logins to my super

The single worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Whether it is asking me to set up the app every few days, or has a never ending loading screen before I’m even allowed to log in. If you want to be taken seriously as financial institution in 2025, start investing in your app, this is a minimum…

Incredibly slow if/ when it logs you in.

This Mercer app is not very good. It has not worked consistently since I installed it over a year ago.

Good when it works… just never does.

EDIT So after I wrote this review you felt it necessary to raise a complaint in my name in your system, then ring me repeatedly so I could explain what my complaint was about! 1.3 stars people!!! That is all you need to know! You don’t need to waste even more of my time picking my brain for how to fix it. I have left Mercer completely based on your appalling systems, your lack of responsiveness and general lack of focus on the customer. App works for a couple of weeks and then stops working until I delete and reload it. Sick of watching a spinning wheel going nowhere! When your app is rated average 1.3 stars it’s time to act Mercer - this is not customer service!!! Your CIO should be embarrassed, and sacked.

This app is simply annoying. Whenever I even just want to check my balance it gets stuck, have to log in every time and then it still doesn’t work.

Literally just stuck trying to login, if they can’t get an app right, who knows what they’re doing with your cash…
