Meta Ads Manager

Used marketplace for many years without issue but now being verified with Meta been absolutely useless, no support team worth talking too just call centre with no answers.. trust me don’t bother.

- The date filter not working - Campaign selection not working - Metrics filters not working What the Meta’s developers do?

When are Meta actually going to make this app useful past the most basic possible function? Even that is riddled with bugs throughout every update. It’s seriously terrible. I’d much rather use a tiny web version than this trash.

Meta really need to work on this, it’s full of bugs, slow, ad status takes ages to update, uploading new creatives throws a generic error, changes don’t save correctly. Defies logic how it has passed any type of QA testing on a mobile device.

The app isn’t great to use. I just keep getting error messages, even on Ads that were running fine on FB before i got the app. Also when i try and view the ads, it just throws up some weird error codes. I will be deleting this from my phone as it is extremely frustrating and not user friendly.

The latest update just crashes on iOS and the ipad version just system issue when updating an ad. Makes creating a new marketing campaign super painful. Recommend that they test everything before release. The last bug saw the keyboard and a big white space box take up the whole screen when editing gallery text.

There are many bugs on this app. I’ve attempted to add payment methods to start ads, however the app won’t connect these payment methods. My account is now suspected due to glitches in the app. Attempting to submit a review to get the account back open also proves difficult as there is constantly a ‘something went wrong’ pop up. I’m now unable to advertise my business for a time sensitive event. It is so surprising that this app comes from Facebook, it’s quite terrible actually.

This app has as many annoying bugs as the ads manager website and at least 50% of the things you need to do to manage your ads it doesn’t support. No idea where all the higher reviews come from, they must be using a different app!
