Cannot edit primary text on the ad

Great app!

UNABLE TO PLACE AN AD ON ADD MANAGER!!!!

As a result of recent changes we are now unable to place an ad of “ad manager”. This makes zero sense and is affecting our business performance

Awful!!

Like most things associated with meta ads, this is terrible! Can’t log in (despite being logged into Meta & Facebook on phone) & it’s glitchy. I just don’t understand how. Company as large as Meta (& taking as much money as it does for ads) can’t create a decent, working app?!

Insanely hard to use

I’m new to promoting my ads , just selling my old items on face book , so I boosted , and that all worked great But then you want to do it again … and then it grinds to a halt . You can just renew a campaign for a few days and set a start date , and set the daily budget , without creating campaigns and linking them and god knows what else Why not have a “repeat “ button . Do the same again Easy But no . The average FB user won’t be able to work this out It’s not intuitive or user friendly . Very poor !

Needs some work

We can’t edit ad text when on a mobile a white box just covers the writing and you have to just guess what you doing.

You took my money without any active campaign

Every day you charge over £2 and I have not any sponsor it promotes activate
