Super clean design and easy to use and offered multitasking capabilities for the iPad! However, the click only comes out of one headphone channel when plugged into my Scarlett interface. All other sounds, including ad sounds within the app, come through both right and left channels. 5 stars if this issue we fixed!
This app was great before. Now it is set in vertical view and the traveling bar is blur that is hard to synch with. I used this app for 5 years and loved it. Now the visual part is half as helpful as it used to be. I wish I never updated it. Update! When I use setlist mode it won’t save my subdivisions or accents. I used to love this app, paid for the full version, and now it keeps embarrassing me in professional settings. Not happy at all.
Use it daily, love it!
I really like the redesign but when the phone auto locks the app stops... Which really annoys me.... This was not the case in the old version of the app... Can you guys please fix this issue New ——— I also tried with the latest version 5.0.1 and this issues still exists. Please fix it for us. Thank you Wow I you guys have fix this isse, I would definitely recommend this to my one its a great app
Does the job, but there are better (and free) alternatives.
There is plenty to like about this streamlined metronome, and I actually paid for it before it was free. My only complaint is that the swiping feature is super easy to set off, and its slow, automated sweep takes forever, compounding the irritation. When I am practicing and I need to lean over to pause my metronome, if I even slightly miss the button, the whole thing rolls over at a glacial pace to the options screen. Since I didn't even want the options screen, waiting for my error to complete itself at the tail end of a six hour practice day is potentially ulcer inducing. Please make this at least optional to turn off, or just introduce a separate button to access the options.
1) this is an application created by musicians (as you've indicated being a musician) for musicians. Not all such apps can claim the same (or so I suspect). 2) the application is clear, with a clean and unobtrusive and uncluttered interface. 3) the metronome is loud (several others I've tried are seriously lacking any practical volume). 4) settings are quickly and easily gotten to. 5) Bonus marks: tap anywhere on the app to start/stop the metronome. Why hasn't anyone else thought up this obvious gem? 6) it's features are each very practical (even essential, I would propose). Other metronomes seem weighed down by a lot of nonsense that musicians simply don't need. 7) hopefully this metronome will eventually permit Dropbox integration for items saved in record mode. 5 out of 5 stars.
I have more than a dozen metronome apps, and this one is the best. Works well, and the new practice modes are really helpful. Worth the price!
I love this metronome app. Probably the best out of the 6 i've tried.
