I paid my electricity bill on 5th dec 2024 and tried to print out the copy of the bill it didn’t open I tried several times I got message “HTTP status 404 not found please do something my whole bill record is on it

I have recently changed my mobile number however the app does not allow me to register also there is no support email id for the users to reach out to solve these problems

Poor app payment done amount deducted from bank but still showing as amount still due

How does one use the app if the tech is so bad it doesn’t even allow user to login!?

App needs update aftr paying via google pay app itself suddenly closed no recipet no confirmation via msg or email inspite providing it..

Even basic things like colours and UX is wrong here

Whenever tried to login it shows user login failure.

Recently i payed the bill though the app, while the amount got deducted, the app crashed and now doesn’t show any the record of bill payment. The customer service numbers on the app are also non responsive

Since last 2 month, whenever I make payments. Payment complete but app crashes and closes so I don’t understand payment succeeds or not. Next day it appears that payment is successful. Earlier this problem was not there hence request to update.
