Even basic things like colours and UX is wrong here

Whenever tried to login it shows user login failure.

Recently i payed the bill though the app, while the amount got deducted, the app crashed and now doesn’t show any the record of bill payment. The customer service numbers on the app are also non responsive

Since last 2 month, whenever I make payments. Payment complete but app crashes and closes so I don’t understand payment succeeds or not. Next day it appears that payment is successful. Earlier this problem was not there hence request to update.

I’m trying to register but says u have already registered

I made a payment through the app for which i hv the bank details n confirmation too, but on the app my bill is still showing unpaid, its really time consuming. After having a digital facility if v hv to look into the derails everytime. Worse now i dont know where can i address this complaint too, complained on app with no revert uptil now.

miBEST is incomparable with the following Apple iOS latest devices: iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Series. What the application needs is an upgrade as stated for the above mentioned device deployment and seemingly paying off on time bill & raise concerns if needed as per user requirements. So far user interface is poor needs work to be done properly and really needs an improvement by an upgrading hardware/software for all iPhone users connectivity. That too on utmost priority.

The app doesn’t allow login after multiple attempts. After trying many times the app crashes why can’t you guys keep the app updated last update was 2 years back.
