This app is terrible. Did one unqualified guy work on this by himself? That’s the vibe I’m getting.
App is pretty awful. I only use it to make mobile deposits and it keeps rejecting checks for bit having ‘for mobile deposit only’ endorsement despite it being on the back. After two or three times of trying, I completely give up. It defeats the purpose, and whoever developed this app is not doing their job.
The Deposit Check feature does not work as well as it used to - repeated errors that it can’t find my endorsement, that it’s missing the mobile deposit phrase when it’s there. It should not be this fussy! Sometimes it will work after multiple tries but I’ve also given up and had to drive to the bank. Please improve this!
I love the bank but the App is poor. Just keeps denying the photo of the deposit check… I can’t walk very well and to have to go down to the bank is challenging. Does not appear to work with the IPad…it used to.
Recently, i have not been able to deposit my paychecks using the app. The app claims that i have not endorsed the checks, even though the photo clearly shows the endorsment. I suppose i'll have to go deposit it manually.
Why does it keep asking for codes and to register device? As someone who checks their banking regularly it’s getting annoying.
Since the new update it asks every time no matter how many times we check off register device.
Dear MSB developers, I wonder if you could explain the reasoning behind the current software change? The site previously was fantastic, with all info at a glance. Hands down, you had the best banking site. Now you’ve created a look where one must click on various tabs to see all the info one used to see at a single glance - and it isn’t even user friendly. Why anyone would take an excellent site and slash it to a fraction of what it was blows my mind. Please change it back and refer to the adage: “IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FIX IT” Thank you, A frustrated user
Where is the fingerprint access? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Very disappointed.
Tried to eDeposit a check. After taking the back photo it would kick me out to the login screen. This happened 5 times in a row. When I finally was able to get the pictures without being kicked out, it said my deposit attempts had been exceeded. Total nonsense, please fix this application
