I just spent R147 on a book and Installed the app both on my phone and laptop and they both came up as a white screen. I can’t seem to find my book anywhere. Tried requesting a refund and denied.

I have been using it for 1 month and 1 week I still don’t understand it

The app freezes and is slow a lot of times then glitches and I need to exit and try again and yet its stil slow and eventually freezes again. Very frustrating

Please stop forcing us to rate and review every time we close a page it’s really irritating

Absolute rubbish app! You can’t have the app on multiple devices, I have like 3 devices as some of us work and study. It still locks me out when I sign into a new one! I have struggled so much with this app. Like everything in South Africa it is useless. You pay a arm and leg but can’t access your books? Rather buy the hardcopy.
