miEbooks, developed by ITSI, is an interactive e-reader that enhances users’ reading and studying experience. The app enables users to add notes and sketches to specific sections of an e-book, make highlights, generate summaries from highlighted text for study purposes, receive additional multimedia resources, and more. Once downloaded, all books and resources are available offline and annotations are backed-up whenever users connect to the Internet or Wi-Fi within their institution.
The miEbooks app is used by schools, tertiary institutions and corporate organisations for full-scale e-learning implementation, as well as individuals who are looking for a flexible and feature-rich e-book solution.

Textbooks not showing up
I purchased a textbook months ago that was quite pricy and it still hasn’t shown up in my library…

Not user friendly
Difficult to locate resources and to extract information from the site.
Outdated
The books themselves are good. But there’s no way to export the PDFs to a better note taking app. This is a serious issue especially that the note taking capabilities of the app are terrible and old.

It kept kicking me out before I could even finish signing up and eventually didn’t even recognise my school. I tried multiple times over a coarse of 4 days and I didn’t have any luck. Truly disappointing. I tried again today (before deleting the app) and the app was “under review” and so I couldn’t even get to use it properly because it required permission from the developer for me to be able to use it🙄🙄
