Mila Air

Really great product! Find that I fumble with the UI when switching from manual to automatic but other than that I like it.

This company is fantastic. I have four Mila’s in our home and think they do an excellent job purifying the air. The monitoring, alerts, and settings are all easy to use, effective and well thought out. Packaging and everything else is the same. Unfortunately, two of the four Mila’s had issues with a loud bearing type noise. I contacted customer service and was told honestly that they were aware that a few of their units had improperly installed bearings. They gave me a handy link to upload a video of the unit and noise and before I knew it, two replacement units were at the house. Included was a return, paid shipping label to send it back. Piece of cake! And I live in a very remote region. Highly recommend!

I was able to pair the device to my phone just fine but the box came with no instructions on troubleshooting. I was prompted to reset device to factory settings and now the display looks nothing like it is supposed to (all numbers and symbols) and I am unsure how to fix. Trying to contact customer support is futile on the app, prompting me to set up a mail account on my device (?) just one issue after another for a ‘smart’ device…

Recently I purchased the Mila Air Mini. What ultimately made me choose it over other models all over the internet by every company imaginable is the fact I heard about Jasper a competitor. After looking into Jasper I realized most air filters were not comparable on the market and most show you no proof it is working and what it is working on. I purchased Mila over Jasper for q few reasons. The design of both their branding and the product, the cost Mila is affordable is you see what it does compared to other filters on the market and even more affordable when you compare it to Jasper. And the Mila Mini launch! This one with the preorder price and form sold it for me. Once I received my Mila I was blown away. The features of the device, the information it shows in the app, and the way everything is easily explained—with memes and pictures I might add. It is a “breath of fresh air” a company that doesn’t feel corporate but feels like a friend. And of course, the most important—the air in my house is noticeably different! Plus, without me even realizing It has home kit integration which is amazing! My whole house setup is HomeKit!! The Mila app is way better for the data and ai it uses to cycle through modes without interference. The home kit features are subpar for an air filter, Apple needs to add more but it is ready for Apple's future updates if they do! On that note, you can use Homekit if you wish to use Mila’s sensors in your automation and scenes. Overall amazing app and an amazing product! Bravo

I have been running to Mila air filters for the last couple of years and they work very well. I regularly change out the filters and give the sock and the filter vacuums on a normal basis. I love how I am notified with the different alerts in my home in the air feels cleaner.

I have had a Mila now for a couple of years, and it definitely helps keep the air clear, and it runs very quietly. The service is also fast and very supportive. Great product.

It’s been a week and now I’ve lost connection

C'est un bon produit avec un look moderne. Mais il n'est pas multilingue et ne s'affiche qu'en anglais. Autant au niveau de l'affichage de l'appareil que de la langue affichée dans l'application iOS. 3 Étoiles pour la langue affichée 4,5 Étoiles pour l'appareil et sa facilité d'utilisation

When I first got my Mila it wasn’t noiseless but it was much quieter than it is now(about 1 year later). Actually I found the moistness of the device became quite annoying within 6mnths of owning it. It makes a very loud high pitch whine and th motor is quite rattle sounding too. It does help with the neighbour's cigarette smoke that comes into my room through the ventilation system and from outside too. I do like the device overall but the noise is disturbing at night, when I am trying to sleep. I’d give it 9/10 for air cleaning but 3/10 for being quiet. I change the sock filters regularly and the internal filter as well. Considering the cost of the device, I am very disappointed in it’s performance. I would not recommend it or buy another.

Interface with Alexa has stopped working altogether. Often controlling the Mila via the app doesn’t work…the device doesn’t really receive the commands. You end spending time back and forth with support and no real solution is provided
