Ich würde super gerne testen, aber nicht mal der angeblich kostenlose testmonat kann ausprobiert werden, da ich keine Kreditkarte besitze und meine deutsche Bank nicht akzeptiert wird. Schade.
I was really looking forward to the mila app and became a founding member. What I love is that it‘s body neutral - I hate nothing more than fitness trainers telling me to lose weight or to look a certain way. But that‘s about it. The workouts are very short and not challenging at all. For someone who is active on a regular basis I would not recommend it.
I love the idea of just moving your body a little each day instead of trying to do huge workouts and failing. Camillas voice is so motivating and calming anf she is great at capturing my attention and pushing me. I like that you can alter the workouts depending on your fitness level, I notice that sometimes I do the exercises on the „hardest“ level anf sometimes on the „easiest“, depending on the muscle group. The only thing I noticed that the daily exercises don’t always match up to the energy level I chose. Last week I chose „high energy“ and got 2 talking videos and one 10-minute cardio exercise. Today, I chose „low energy“ and got 30-min fullbody workouts. I would recommend limiting Camilas learning-videos to max. 1 for high energy and have some sort of time-limit for low energy because I just don’t have the energy for 30mins today and are now frustrated that I won’t „finish“ my exercises for the day.

I am in love with the app! I love the design and the different workouts.the only thing I wish for work an app for the iPad. maybe for the future!
I love the way Camilla talks about self-love, your goals and body. The workouts are nice and easy to do at home. It helps staying motivated, even if it’s a low energy day. Good job!
I don’t like how you can’t access the app at all without a subscription (that you have to sign up for externally in your browser) I understand the app being a paid product, I wouldn’t offer it for free either, but I would’ve loved for there to be a demo area without having to give away your credit card information (even if the first 7 days are free and you can cancel anytime!)
The Concept is great, Camilla is gorgeous, workout are plentiful and adaptable. Only things I would love are more payment methods and some way of sorting options by category for your saved favourites. Love to be a part of the Mila movement!
Breaking out of frustrating habits and exercises I don’t enjoy, with somebody that’s likeminded and motivates you. This app feels like a friend joining my journey to a better health online! Keep up the good work ;).
