Overall I think the app does what's needed, however can we please get the payment option of what's currently due. At this time it's minimum payment Last statement balance And other amount.

I have about 10,000 points and I filtered all emails and received no notification on how to use my points. I don’t know why there isn’t an in-app option to use my points. I’ve reach out to military star to get this fixed and I have received no response.

Worst customer service in the world. They short you on the Star card points and when you bring it to they’re attention they ignore you. Terrible customer service.

I have had to call the number at least three times because it says I cannot log on and it does not recognize me. Each time they say I needed to register for the first time.

Can’t log in, won’t allow me to paste my password. Update immediately.

I can’t make payments from my iPad plus the display is horizontal instead of vertical.

This app requires you to delete your current account, and start all over. It does NOT work with an existing Star Card account. It rejected my log in after 32 tries. Absolutely rubbish and a waste of my time. Get this off the app store, now!!!

I can’t paste my password from a secure password manager

Most every-other credit card companies put the rewards where you can use them easily. Either by paying on the balance or through the app. Not this one, they send you an email that may or may not go into your spam filter because it is worded like most scam bot emails. The card they send you in the email is a 3 step process to even see it, that is IF the store you are in is able to get a signal for you to get the email. (Good luck OCONUS) Also, they say you have 3 months to use it, but when they issue it in the middle of the month, you only have 2 months to actually use it. This outdated “rewards” system only benefits them because so many people can’t use it and Military Star gets to keep that money. Based on the previous reviews, this will likely not do anything but make me feel better about getting the word out.

Updated the app today because it had a message which prevented me from using the app unless I updated. So, I downloaded the update and now the app crashes back to home screen whenever I attempt to use it. Every. Single. Time. It’s dead to me and I’ve uninstalled it. Also, when the app still functioned for me, I would’ve enjoyed having the rewards gift cards somehow implemented through use of the app instead of being emailed.
