Mind Mapping - MindMeister

One of the best mind mapping tools around. Very agile and easy to use.

I’m a visual person, so mind mapping is the perfect tool to not only help me visualize what I’ve learned easily and in a structured way, but also allows me to do spaced repetition reviews to make sure my brain will process the info to long term memory. It is also perfect to teach others as we can follow the topic in a meaningful order/sequence, easy to track the progress as we can see where we are and if we want to improve it, also easy enough to change it. I only see benefits on using it.

I have been waiting for over 30 days for a response to two messages I sent to the app support, and the neglect is astounding. I have been a subscriber for years, and I use the content for studies and work, but I had a login access issue and no longer have access to the email. I have exhausted all attempts to resolve it on my own. It was not necessary for me to have to resort to this instance to try to get help.

Loyal user for years, love the look and feel, both web and mobile(mostly use web). I am a few version user, as mostly do my weekly/monthly planning there and just keep updating the same map. If I needed more, for sure it's a tool worthy of the paid subscription as well. Haven't tested the Task piece but in theory sounds like a fun link to actual todo's (which I miss in places like Notion for example, as I find mind maps just such a much more intuitive approach to planning for me)

Good app with many usefull feature

I prefer the “legacy” version. I hope they will continue to support it into the future. This user friendly app could benefit greatly from the addition of a “callout” feature.

Une fois que le renouvellement automatisé a été fait, il est impossible de l’annuler et d’obtenir un remboursement pour l’année courante. J’ai donc tout annulé pour l’année en cours et je ne reprendrai jamais d’abonnement. Très mauvaise entreprise.

Mindmeister has been an absolute lifesaver for organizing all the random thoughts that come with ADHD. Could live without it in both my professional, philanthropic or personal life. The mobile app is a game changer

Can’t see changes on another computer. Cannot let me do changes on new editor with iPad. Other people can not see changes. Support is designed the way you cannot talk to anyone. I got stocked with subscription but I will not extend it.
