Scam
I was told that I can host live yoga classes so I signed up for the service just to find out that now they can’t display them on the app for people to join the classes. I have used the service for one month with only being set up so slowly that I wasn’t able to even host a class. They are now asking me for $3000 for something I can’t even use. This company is a complete scam! I was so clear before I signed up and told them exactly what I needed it for yet they didn’t tell me that my classes won’t display out of there own error which is out of my control and their own fault.
Not useful
The only thing I have success with in this app is clocking in and out. Every thing you want to do will involve several useless steps, different links and pages, etc. awful
So frustrating!

Hate that I have to use this app
When it actually does manage to load it usually glitches and needs to be closed and opened again. It also often won’t let me sign in. Aweful experience to be using for work
Use other software
Terrible customer service and sub par product. Use other software like schedule house. Nothing but bad experiences with mindbody

Functionality is good. However this app is not stable. Long load times, and sometimes does not load at all. Constantly having to close the app and trying multiple times to function. Fix the bugs!!

Issue with the latest update
Love the business app and it was working great until most recent update ~ now I can’t login {it keeps saying my account isn’t recognized}. I can still login via web browser, so it’s definitely a bug in the app.
Worst customer service EVER
The customer service is EXTREMELY slow and not very helpful. It’s taken 8 months to get a COVID consent form working and it still isn’t! I had to give one star but I’d like to give a negative rating.
