Terrible

An absolutely terrible app. Almost completely unusable for campaign creation. Many of the features don’t work (Like adding an image)

Frustrating to use

I use the mobile app mostly to add photos straight from my phone for campaigns. However the process to open and edit a campaign is clunky and frustrating, especially with 2 factor authentication. I am prompted to log in again every time I try to open a campaign even when I am already logged in on the app. The 2FA texts also take an unusually long amount of time to send and the page is slow to process and you have to start all over again if you double clicked on “log in”. I don’t understand why you can’t opt out of 2FA after enabling it - I accidentally enabled it on one of Mailchimp many, many pop up “enable 2FA” messages and I hate it!! The entire process is so annoying it may be easier to upload photos to my computer and then to Mailchimp, which defeats the entire purpose of the app for me.

Good but…

So far this app has been fairly useful. One thing I’m seeing at this time is that when I view campaigns, if the campaign has a yellow badge it will open with stats, but if the badge is green it will just lock the app. As I’m a free account holder I have no access to see if this is a limitation imposed on free accounts, or a glitch in the app. Otherwise the app works fairly well for my usage.

Frustrating and Painful mobile app.

I’ve been using Mailchimp for years on my laptop, relatively easy and straightforward process to get emails out to my clients. This app however is a whole other ball game. Very limiting, frustrating and difficult to use. Slow, glitchy , and a waste of time. Mailchimp should be better.

Login doesn’t work on mobile app

I have two MailChimp accounts; one has 2step verification and one is regular; and cant login with any of them. Forget login feature doesn’t recognize account name. At the same time, browser version works. Support bot is useless, and can’t speak to human support unless buy subscription.

Account deleted

Based on the latest changes in terms & conditions I move my subscribers to a service that respects privacy and has integrity. Then I deleted my account and the app.

Suggestion for Next Update

I do a lot of my work on the road in the car and I use this app a lot. However, it would be very helpful if you could search for tags. We use tags with every campaign so we have a lot of them. But there is no way to search for them in the list of tags when you select from the menu. Please add this feature with the next update if possible. Thanks!

Not very user friendly

Has potential to be a great tool BUT it’s not very user friendly. Things don’t work the way it seems they would. I feel I’ll have to watch too many tutorials in order to actually use it

IPAD VERSION FRUSTRATING

Very poor experiences using this app on my ipad. Email editor wont scroll smoothly, edits are not saved intermittently, buttons are invisible, app crashes.

Great Platform, Terrible Service.

On top of the increasing rates, they double billed me and refuse to refund. Pretty pathetic.
