The newest IOS do not cooperate with app correctly. Main issue is the conection of app with Apple Watch.

How hard can it be to read data from a Bluetooth device? It should be simple enough: every geek with a small ESP board can send data to every smartphone, but Medtronic can't. The app is useless after every major iOS release, and fixes are slow. Yes, I know, your device is not supported yet, etc. This is unacceptable in this decade.

Bad: - Can't find a widget, the widget should show glucose in a graph, basal and bolus. - Can't control the pump from the app - Pump settings should be editable from the phone - Apple health sync? Absence of analytical view. Hire me if you want a better product design for your users.

Bohuzel je tato aplikace absolutne nepouzitelna. Na mem iphonu se horko tezko pumpa sparuje a nasledne se odpoji a cele kolecko parovani mohu delat znovu. Je to ztata casu a jelikoz nefunguje, tak ani v nicem nepomaha. Nechapu, jak se mohla tahle sluzba spustit, kdyz kazdy druhy komentar je negativni. Jelikoz se jedna o aplikace pro lidi s diabetem a jde tedy o zdravi, predpokladala bych duslednejsi propracovani a ozkouseni pred uvedenim do obehu. Prijde mi to jenom jako wow element pri predstavivani pumpy, aby se nalakali novi klienti, a pak prd, nezajem. Takze palec dolu a snad nekdy se dockame fungujici aplikace :/

It was perfect application. I didn't need blue USB for transfer my data to carelink. Now it unconnect from my insulin pump (780G) every few days. It started before aktualization to iOS 16, but then it get even worse and it is more often.

Application is not able to remain connected to my pump. Every few days it just disconnects from pump. Reconection process takes quite a long time. It was ok before iOS 16 update.

The application does not work on iOS 16. Support for Apple Watch is missing too.

Connection works really well, notifications are great but it would be nice if you can add some functions that will make our lives little bit easier. -Apple Watch app to check glucose on my wrist -Widgets (I check my glucose several times a day and I always have to open the app, it will be much more user friendly) -Apple Health sync. Great way to see more details, older history than 24 hours, possibility to compare my glucose level with physical activity and much more. Please consider these functions. Thank you.

Not sure what I am doing wrong but ... I successfully paired my 780 pump with mobile phone (iphone 11, ios 15.1). Data was downloaded to the app but when I close the app and turn on again mobile application was not able to connect/pair the oump again. So, had to unpair mobile from the pump, forgot the pump in the list of bluetooth devices and do the same pairing process again what is really annoying.
