Working better than ever with iOS 17.5.1

Helpful to be able to see pump display without needing to look at pump but would be even more helpful if user was able to put freetext comments on which can then be reviewed by diabetes team at a later stage ( eg if a sudden spike in glucose ability to put a note on stating “had meal forgot to give insulin until after meal” ) which would help with interpretation as well as just being a visual display of what has happened

The watch app used to be pretty poor. I.e. it would display an SG reading once and pretty much not work after that. However, recent updates have vastly improved that and for me it now displays SG consistently and that’s great. The PROBLEM I have is that the Medtronic Complication for displaying SG is NOT selectable for ANY complication on the “Modular Ultra” watch face. This is a pain as being able to glance at your watch to see an SG reading is much much easier than having to find an then open an app. The reason I bought the Apple Watch Ultra is because of the larger screen being easier to read for my old eyes. But not being able to use the one watch face designed to take advantage of the bigger screen size is unbelievably annoying. Is it too much to ask that the Medtronic watch app complication be made to work on the default Ultra watch face? Update 03 May 24: I discovered the latest update now works as a complication on the watch face specifically for Apple Watch Ultra - fantastic!

The app should be better considering how important it is to uploading info to Penny etc. Constantly finding out that I haven’t been signed in for disable stretches of time and have to sign in almost every time I open the app. And every time it takes an age to find and connect to my pump (which is obviously right next to it) Also needs a watch os companion.

This App worked when installed on my iPhone 10 but has not since moving to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. It does not appear when clicked on when you try and use it. I sent a note to Meditronic Support but got no response. I have just installed IOS 17.3.1 hoping it would resolve any issues but it is just the same. This is totally unacceptable for a medical App.

Hoped this update would enable watch complication so I can see levels all the time. Also this app needs to allow you to dose yourself from it. Use Guardian Monitor. That app gives you complication so you can see your levels at all times

Very poor. Rarely works

Trying to upload my child data for two days, nothing happened. It’s a shame that other useless social media apps are much more upgraded than this important medical app!

The last release was the most stable I have experienced for years. The latest 2.1.1 has led to more lost connections and a very unstable Apple Watch link.

I love the close loop but the phone connection isn’t as good as it should be so you need to sort it now so we can stay on it please it’s a medical app what needs to work so please work
