Tried paying with app. No joy. Tried calling to check if I owe money and can pay - obnoxious customer service rep. No joy.

After entering selecting my details and duration, nothing! Ending up paying with cash. Total waste of my time. Noticed later that a user needs to tap on the selected duration to continue to pay. How did this app pass a usability test?

The app is trash. Only show parking 6 miles away with location active. It doesn’t recognise the location I enter or even the post code

Today was the second time I’ve encountered a mi permit car park. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I don’t know why but no car parks came up again and I was unable to pay using the app again. The machines needed money, wouldn’t take phone and the phone number required a physical card my long number is not in my wallet. If a night in shining armour hadn’t given me 40p to have enough to pay in cash (I never carry any these days) I would have missed my granddaughters appointment. As it was we were very late. Very disappointed App either needs sorting or scrapping.

Clunky to use. I have a paid for disc and it keeps trying to charge me anyway.

Used once to park now wants login details that I don’t have. Doesn’t accept email or mobile number. Going around in circles. No way to fully reset - no way to park. Hopeless!

Need to register to park but can’t register in app. And continue button disappears after selecting duration. Need to click back onto vehicle. Went round in circles for a good 10 minutes with this awful app

Want a reminder (10p)? Wouldn’t allow “No” but paying £3.80 for an hour already ridiculous

Always good. The occasional ‘blip’ does not occur often and is usually it right quickly. Well done.
