Не могу обновить! Загрузите новую версию приложения в аппстор уже((( в приложении пишет «обновите», перехожу в апстор, написано «открыть». Кнопки «обновить» нет. Что за прикольчик?)))) Само приложение люблю и уважаю)

По какой-то причине. При отмене подписки с меня пытаются снять деньги. В нормальных бизнес моделях - если ты не продлеваешь подписку, у тебя урезается функционал. Тут нет. Пытаюсь через почту попасть на службу поддержки. Ее тупо нет. Нет кнопки ни в интерфейсе личного кабинета ни на сайте самой поддержки «написать письмо». Я хз чет. Глобально разочарован

На айпаде рисует ниже чем надо. Невозможно работать

Here I will leave a wish for Miro's functions. When I use the maind map, I am very uncomfortable with the fact that when I add elements of the second, third and subsequent orders, there is a dependence of the arrangement of elements on each other. That is, I click on a number to reveal all the hidden elements, if there are many, then the elements of the previous order move apart on the working board. And when I collapse the elements back, the elements of the previous order do not go back into place. And it gets that when hiding most of the elements, there is a huge amount of free space on the board. Xmind's competitors use a return of elements to their original position after hiding sub-elements. This is very convenient. I ask you to think about implementing this feature.

It’s very pity but tha app doesn’t work on Ipad, always reload, every 2-3/minutes. Impossible to work

Wow. Just wow. I recently started a small media agency and I can’t begin to tell you how easy this app has made things for me. I can storyboard and script for clients. I can plan and strategize for the future. I can take notes. It doesn’t matter this app does it all and does it so well. I hope they continue to update and add cool features to this app even though its already great. I’ve only tried this on my IPad as that’s typically where I do most of my notes and plans however I’m sure it’s just as great or if not better on laptop. However we need more access to more than just 3 boards!!!!!

This is the best tool that exists for collaboration, with one issue. It places images in the size of their resolution. Meaning a high res image will drop in huge on the workspace, while a low res one will come it very small. Once a large image is placed, everyone zooms out, and increases their font and lineweights and other images to match. Pretty soon, everyone is using font size 1500, and maxing out the lineweights, which makes it hard to use certain tools. Solution: have all images come in the same size, but with different resolutions. Or, have a max frame size.
