I’m trying to pay my rent. It’s preventing me from doing so.

I’ve been trying to set up Apple Pay for so long and the button that says “set up Apple Pay” won’t allow me to click it. The app just freezes whenever I try to click the button. Can we get this fixed??

Works only half the time. Along with their website, it’s pretty bad. Don’t recommend.

Don't be deceived by the high rating. This app is disgraceful. The iPhone app is clunky, slow, and unresponsive, constantly freezing and shutting down.

Never had a wonderful way to do banking like mission fed Thank you

The app is constantly crashing for me, and fails to open.

Why doesn’t mobile deposit ever work? I try all types of lighting centered on a black document and follow all directions and it hardly works. Love the bank hate mobile deposit.

I have been with MFCU for many years. I started using their mobile app several years ago once I got my own bank account. I have never had such an abysmal experience with a banking app. The app consistently crashes. It fails to log me on. I have had so many issues just trying to check my mobile balance. Every other day they have some “internal error” that prevents the log in process from working. Quick balance never works in these instances because I have to log in to activate it from my settings, which I already have. MFCU is fine, they’re just another credit union, but I have never had such an unpleasant, infuriating experience with a mobile banking app. All I need to do is check my balance, please, would you just let me do that?

I've been banking with them years and never a problem, but the app itself is terrible. Constantly experiencing technical difficulties, unable to sign in, issues connecting to host, etc. I'm unsure of the underlying issue, but I've never banked with anyone whose app was as unreliable as Mission Fed. Please invest more into this app.

App is always laggy and don’t depend on the mobile deposit.
