I get so bad teammates every game they only feed and troll and they are low rank players like if I’m in glory they are in placement I always get that kind of teammates because of that I’m in a lose streak Plzz fix this queuing with a teammates . I always get angry after carrying whole game early and losing late because of the teammates feeding New season started and I started getting a troll teammates picking a mage in roam and picking executes spell in mage wth I do with this team I’m so hopeless + European servers has the worst queue and teammates

Good Online Game Ever!
Bad game and customer service
This games promotes toxic, swearing and violent behaviour. Not only you pay to get some good but their customer service is more than poor. No where to contact any of them but a “gmail” account for company that have so much profit. They have report system so poor with an AI that doesn’t allow you to appeal fairly, not even with words. Apart from that, they ignore you when you tell the truth and they don’t have excuses. You are being matched always with violent players that they do what they want and if you do what you want you get reported and your credit score is highly down comparing when you report to other players. Not only that, when you check the players history it shows nothing of your report. This game plays with your mental health producing you anxiety, allowing you to type violent words, swearing and they do have money to I no eat on an AI instead of replacing swearing words with * symbol. They just want you to be on your worse so you pay money without them taking serious actions and serious the issues and problems they allow. Such an unfair game even lot of players agree. This games wants you to keep your mouth shut while others do whatever they want and swear at you. Oh, don’t forget you get reported and you can’t play… but this doesn’t stop them to take your money to get items, for this matter they don’t banned, they still allow you to get items and pay. Hilarious, ignoring people they pay and they give reason to keep going to this game instead of outing hands on and start being fair and looking after their clients…. It used to be a good game but who ever is managing this game only thinks about money. Game experience poor, customer service inexistent and to get money, they are in the front line. Someone take legal actions of this company !!

good game, many rank cheaters, no monitoring
its good game overal specially for mobile device, but you find too many rookie players in high ranks trolling or passive playing which ruins your every experience. there is not enough monitoring on these trolls or account bans which it is necessary for improving gamer experience
