Update screwed my connection
The update killed my ability to log in. It’s already annoying enough that I get attacked by people with multiple billion might, but now I can’t even login to shield

Game Performance Took a Nosedive
I have enjoyed the game for a little over two years, but about a month ago the game performance declined significantly. In the last 2 weeks, starting the game is next to impossible - it starts to load and then crashes. This repeats sometimes up to 5 times before I can finally get into the game and then crashes again once I’m in the game. Any time I leave the game - to check chat apps or another game - I have to restart the game and go through the multiple crashes before I can get in. It sometimes takes nearly 5 minutes just to get into the game…enough time for a rally to hit. If this doesn’t get fixed, I may as well delete my troops myself instead of getting zeroed simply because the game couldn’t start.

This is a great and fun game to play but now they only update pay to play stuff and events. Unless you have endless amounts of time to play it’s hard to stay competitive. Unless you have a ton of free time or money to spend on this game keep looking for a more recent game to play.
