Using mobily pay from last 1 year Never got any problems Not today a lot of buggs in the app And castomer support is more worst

Number one app for international transfers

International transfer page showing error for more than a week. Very poor product management. Money stuck in the account for a week, without no resolution provided by the Mobilypay team.

After the update it is not working for us. In all it shows an error of “Receive Agent ID and delivery option don't match.” I am Indian and sending money to India.

Very bad experience with customer service. My account got blocked before 20days. I called the customer care and they suggested to email. I emailed them and gave all necessary details and documents, got the reply Saying it will take 10-14 days to activate. I received the SMS after 12 days saying issue is resolved but it’s a same, then I emailed them again but there is no response again I called them they said that is done through email only, they cannot help. Again I emailed them but their is no response yet, it’s more than 20days still my account is blocked. I have some amount stuck on the account. Very pathetic service, I suggest everyone to avoid this app.
