Very Good Mobily App service is very fast

Bad experience

May be mobily employees also not using mobily for international transfer . I have added money 5 day and deduct from my bank but not yet received in mobily accounts.

Worst App (Fraud)

They dont give 3% cashback. If u want to talk to customer care u have to wait for 30 minutes. Dont download this app. Useless

Half good half worst

App is slow and bulky customer care useless. But on the other hand I never face any problem on sending money within a minute it will credited in my account very fast and the good thing is without any remittance/service charge.

Very poor customer care experience

There is no option to update our iqama number and when calling customer care they also not able to help. They are telling to email and that too no response. Now almost 1 week and my money is stuck up and no response.
