Already in Taiwan and Philippines internet works super slowly. Prices are super high, for instance in Philipppines I payd 20 usd for 20 GB and then I checked At the airport is 12 usd for unlimited internet - both 30 days….

Terrible customer support!
The tourist eSIM I purchased didn’t work even though the signal bars were full and shows 5G. I didn’t have anyone to support and had to use public internet to file a complaint and attached screenshots to them. They didn’t answer until 1hr 21 minutes later with generic instructions which anyone could have done in my situation. Eventually I ended up topping up credit to my account and it worked after that. They refused to compensate for my terrible experience and blamed me for topping up! How responsible! My friend purchased the same package and he had positive balance accumulated already in his account while mine was 0. They said they were not responsible for the difference and refused responsibility in this incident!

Setup is difficult
Setup was complicated as you must scan QR code, which is impossible when you only have 1 device. You can setup thwe eSIM manually, but activation details are hard to find (only shown in the app, the ones from confirmation email didn't work)
Very nice feature
Using in UAE. Connection is stable. Use sztandard Mode for internet. I have all the time 4G even on dessert. I am thankful will back. Thanks a lot. Good job guys 😎
