Even with a good 5G signal browsing, app updates etc very slow. The MobiMatter app help page was unusable because it would not update

Well worth it well travelling, get the app and never be out of data no matter where you travel and competitive e-sim prices

Does not always connect in some countries listed even when the signal is strong. Eg. Senegal
Worked a treat in Cambodia
Great app, my first time using an eSIM and the app made it easy to install and use, worked well for data in Cambodia via a HK eSIM so also no need to register locally etc. I’d definitely “refer” this app, “GRAEM29689”
Great first eSIM experience
Worked flawlessly from first connection. Bought 15Gb eSIM for Turkey. Cheaper than Sparks own website. Better than hotel WiFi, although haven’t connected to 5G only LTE. Maybe area, but none of the networks have appeared with 5G. Not an issue though….. on holiday!
Be careful
Sold me an eSIM marketed as being 5G, when it wasn’t 5G (didn’t have 5G once in a major city when my friend on the same network had it the whole time), and customer service totally fobbed me off when I complained to them, giving me every reason under the sun except their messing up for why it might be not working, I’d recommend using other vendors such as Nomad

Happy with this product.
Good marketplace, simple ux changes needed
The core proposition works well. Good variety and pricing of eSims are available. It would be useful if the QR code that gets generated is actually clickable. Most users will by eSims on the phone and so being able to click the QR and trigger installation of the eSim rather than scanning with the camera would be helpful.
Misleading service
If u could give a negative star I would. Very misleading service. App clearly states that iPhone 11 is compatible yet when I bought a sim it was not Eligible. I asked for a refund and which they accepted but only with a 50% admin fee- absurd they havnt provided me a service to warrant any of my money. Give me my money back!
