Every time I scan I bike it says “there are some problems”.

I pointed out that Ashbourne was not well set out with parking locations concentrated within easy walking distances or only a couple of places outside the centre of town. They responded that they had added extra locations. I thanked them but noted that the map on the app still does not show those new locations and asked when the app will be updated. So….. when will it be updated?? Update: your inability to get my name right is not surprising. The “P” parking location symbols have not been updated to include the additional places you have listed. Even when you zoom in!! Up-update: You list 13 locations in your response but there are still only 10 on your map. When are you going to update your app or pull the service so a more proactive competitor of yours can be used?

The app is horrible, I never managed to use it without having a payment issue, having to have a minimal balance of 5 euros to rent a bike if just scam and the bikes are horrible, difficult to stir and slow compare to other bikes in town. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen in my entire life

With hundreds of bikes around the city, a moby is only a short walk away. They offer great coverage across Dublin and I often use them when travelling to places with poor bus coverage or simply when I want to save money!

I’ve been using Moby for a while now and I’ve had a good experience so far, I understand the team is working on improving some issues unlocking the bikes so that’s perfect. Every time I contact the customer support team I receive answers within the time expected. The bikes are pretty good. I really recommend it!

Moby bikes and usually nearby and always in working order. They’re easy to ride and park, they’re my first choice for transport.

The service is great and helps me connect between bus stops so I don’t have to make ridiculously long trips to the city just to go to DCU. The app is easy to use and troubleshooting is very easy. I have had network issues and the lock gets stuck but now it allows be to hit unlock so no time wasted.

Very handy to have for commuting in Dublin without having to worry about the security of your bike

I do not own a bike at the moment so I’m using Moby a lot in Dublin for the past year. It’s a really good service. The app always works well and on the rare times I've had a problem the customer service has been quick to get back to me.
