Bikes often broken and too expensive vs Bleeper

They have a horrible chain that password given in the app not working at all. I was not able to unlock the bike yet charged 2 euro when for trying to unlock it! The bike then fell on the floor with the chain still on, I was not even take it anywhere but they now fined me 30 euro for the bike is on floor!! And then accused me of vandalized the bike??? Like how can people be so shameless when you didn’t even deliver the service but have the courage to asking your customer to pay for a fine? Disgusting!

I took one of these bikes in Sandymount Dublin 4 and used it to go to Donnybrook Dublin 4. Upon arrival it says I have to go to a “green zone” which is a couple of tiny pockets in and around the area. It would have been 1km to get the bike back to a green zone which defeats the purpose of a point to point bike service. As a result they charged me €30. These e bikes are an absolute scam and I would advise anyone against using them.

I was fined due to bike “not being parked properly”. It was attached to a pole and when submitted, they said it had to be a parking rack. No parking rack could be seen in the parking area so did the best I could. Would not recommend.

I just had to use their bikes, there were 2 in the same area, neither released the rear wheel. The system works well to charge you from the moment you scan the qr code onwards, but you need good luck to see if the bike is charged or not OR to see if the wheel is gonna be fine to ride!

The service is incredibly expensive already if you compare it to bleeper but now they charged me 30 Euros because my photo of the parked bike was blurry?!?! Horrible experience

Quite expensive for the electric bikes. So few normal bikes around I don’t know why they don’t focus only on electric as their brand. They don’t refund the credits upon deletion of account and I’ve tried contacting customer service about this? It’s a pity the app functions well but does not warn about loss of credits when deleting

Bikes don’t show me the mileage left on them and the alarms go off when I unlock them. Doesn’t do it’s basic function.
