Crashed and all progresses lost
The App suddenly crashed this afternoon. After reopening the app in the evening, all my progress are lost. I have to start from day one. What’s the hell? The App crashed occasionally in the past. But this time is a nightmare. The App even asks me to buy a new course. There’s no way to log on again. Frankly speaking, I won’t renew after the present subscription expires.
Be care of double billing
I am being charged twice due to application error, but cannot got refund. So be ware of the payment process
disaster sound balance on sound effect
the apps itself it completely fine or even good. but the sound effect when u finish the task is extremely loud and untunable in website. When i ask the customer service he just told me tune my pc volume down. he is right so i decide to write a commend.
Best app for learning Japanese
Golden Time feature is so helpful! I just hope it gets updated to be more flexible with changing schedules.

I've to say that the new feature conversation is really cool. It makes speaking practice more fun. Totally recommend it for anyone unsure about kanji and feel boring about vocabulary, hihi
