Where’s the icon??

Downloaded the app, unloaded, re downloaded. The app doesn’t show anywhere on my updated iPhone. And yes, the device doesn’t maintain the set schedule.

App never connects to my device

Installed the device and app correctly. The device always says the session has timed out. Need to improve the app.

App needs some updates

The app is easy to use but the schedule doesn’t stay running. Also with having more than two devices it would be nice to be able to schedule both of them. Can be very frustrating.

Needs lots of work

This app is incredibly frustrating. It is easy to set up, if you can get the device to connect. Most of the time the device won’t connect, even though it is set to app mode. Most of the time, even if it is connected to the app, the device will run on whatever schedule it wants to run on.

Like the product but software lacking

I like the basic product but the software does not seem to hold onto my weekly programming unless I frequently reconnect over bluetooth.
