This app does everything it says does. Most of the people who have left reviews to the contrary is because of user error. It’s a great app.

Love the new and improved app! Easier to use, more options, and lots of flexibility to customize to my personal needs/liking. This is a terrific enhancement to a terrific product!
Seems like a simple concept but very unresponsive. Couldn’t even add a device.
I called the company to find out why the app doesn’t work and they said the app was down. That was 4 months ago and it’s still not fixed.🤷🏼♀️ There’s no need for the unit to run at night. It would be nice if this app could be fixed.
The whole point of the Moji that I used to love is that I can control the schedule with the app. It’s annoying going around my house turning my devices on or off each time I leave or go to bed. This defeats the entire product of what Moji is. I know that support knows the app isn’t working, but no one is giving me answers. I’ve reached out to support several times and they just tell me to redownload or update the app which doesn’t work. I’m switching to pura.
My device disappeared from the app and I can't add it to the app! It was working great when I got it this Fall. But since the new ownership, I have had problems with the app. It makes the device less useful. In fact I don't use it because it just runs forever and I forget to change pods.
Just noticed last week I have no devices linked anymore. What’s going on? One of the benefits was making a schedule via the app. Is it because of new ownership?
The app worked great until November. Now I hav no devices.
I love the Moji products but my app rarely connects to my device or even recognizes that it’s there. It never stays on the weekly schedule I have set. If this app would run properly I’m certain I would purchase products more often. Instead I forget about it because it sits there not running. This app needs a major overhaul.
When I open the app and go to Devices nothing shows anymore. The devices are charged but also don’t seem to be working anymore. Is this because they sold the company? I can’t find any direct ways to troubleshoot this problem that work.
