Moleskine Notes

I have used this for the first time and it looks promising. I have two notebooks running and the note taking is instantaneous and accurate. Text translation and the ability to change pen colours and do a fast email are great. Search function is brilliant. Areas for improvement! The pen doesn’t hold its charge when switched off for more than a day. I’m not sure why. I’m on my second pen and both have had the same problem. The syncing between my iPad and my iPhone work, but it doesn’t happen automatically and sometimes the version on the iPad looks a bit odd, as if it is expecting a bigger notebook. When searching, I’d love to see the search terms on each page highlighted. Finally, I can’t seem to find the planner notebook for sale, which is annoying.

Zero support Zero response Zero human chat System doesn’t work

This version broke logging into the Moleskin account completely (previously re-login was nearly required daily). Still not fixed is the backup (there is no indication if / when the app is backing up). This update fixed nothing (for me).

When I’m using your notebook why does my writing look scratchy on the app? Lines are uneven, and the words are clear Can you assist?

The app looks old fashioned and is not intuitive. Very underwhelming

Still doesn’t talk to Google drive to migrate notebooks from the old Notes+. The smart pen system is great and I’ve been using it for a few years. The app is not.

It’s slowly getting better. Ok with note books but still hit and miss with the planner. You will need to keep the original app until the new one is sorted. At least now the planner when it does rarely work, goes to the correct page. I live in Australia, why can’t I buy the planner from you? I’m continually told “we don’t post to Australia”. Who do you post to?

I was looking forward to using the new version of notes, but got stuck in the migration process. On both my iPhone and iPad, the attempt to sign in to Google Drive causes the app to crash. I have tried restarting the devices and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists, so I am assuming it is a bug that needs to be looked at by the developers. Apart from that, I was able to pair my Pen and everything else works fine.

Al momento se tento di aprire l’app su iPad, va in crash immediatamente a meno che non sia disconnesso da internet. Sto importando su file le poche pagine rimaste su iPad per poi disinstallare l’applicazione. Su iPhone non sincronizza più da giugno, e lasciamo perdere il discorso backup. L’ultimo aggiornamento risale a 3 mesi fa, segno evidente che nessuno ci sta lavorando. In poche parole, spesi quasi 300,00 euro per un kit praticamente inutile. Imbarazzante, come la risposta che arriverà in automatico a questa recensione.
