Zero support Zero response Zero human chat System doesn’t work

This version broke logging into the Moleskin account completely (previously re-login was nearly required daily). Still not fixed is the backup (there is no indication if / when the app is backing up). This update fixed nothing (for me).

When I’m using your notebook why does my writing look scratchy on the app? Lines are uneven, and the words are clear Can you assist?

The app looks old fashioned and is not intuitive. Very underwhelming

Still doesn’t talk to Google drive to migrate notebooks from the old Notes+. The smart pen system is great and I’ve been using it for a few years. The app is not.

It’s slowly getting better. Ok with note books but still hit and miss with the planner. You will need to keep the original app until the new one is sorted. At least now the planner when it does rarely work, goes to the correct page. I live in Australia, why can’t I buy the planner from you? I’m continually told “we don’t post to Australia”. Who do you post to?

I was looking forward to using the new version of notes, but got stuck in the migration process. On both my iPhone and iPad, the attempt to sign in to Google Drive causes the app to crash. I have tried restarting the devices and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists, so I am assuming it is a bug that needs to be looked at by the developers. Apart from that, I was able to pair my Pen and everything else works fine.

Si riuscisse a migliorare il backup per poter spostare i taccuini da un tablet vecchio a uno nuovo…

La versione vecchia andava benissimo adesso è un disastro. Metà delle cose che scrivo non vengono riportate, quando vado in modifica e seleziono una parte del testo mi vengono modificate anche parti che nulla c’entrano.

Quando la fruizione sposa la semplicità non c’è partita. Cosa c’è di più geniale di un notebook elegante che ti rimane in copia fisica e, contemporaneamente, ti rimanda ad una copia digitale in cloud sempre disponibile sul tuo smartphone? È una vita che provo sistemi per mantenere inalterati negli anni e sempre disponibili milioni di pagine di appunti, ma per chi ha memoria fotografica come il sottoscritto non c’è nulla di meglio di rivedere gli scritti con la propria calligrafia. Per non parlare delle altre funzioni di registrazione memo e conversione in alfabeto tipo word (ancora da provare per me). Definitivo e insostituibile!
