Total cool ! Mais la synchronisation est une vrai galère… dommage!

I have several smart notebooks. When I switch from one to the other, the app overwrites everything in the same notebook. According to Moleskine advertising, the notebooks should be recognized automatically. But that's not enough: not only does the app not work as expected, support doesn't respond even after multiple requests. Absolutely pathetic customer experience!

Today I transferred from the old to the new app and regret it. SVG Export doesn‘t catch half of the lines. The drawback in the old was that it would only export a square frame and not the whole page, but at least every line. For the Powerpoint presentation I did have to workaround by drawing on ncode to Papertube, export PNG, blow it up in Photoshop, and then take out the background. Moleskine staff, I really would appreciate something functional after so many years. I stick with the old app, at least I know everything gets transferred what I write and I can export SVG if needed… of the upper page of a smart tablet notebook :-(

Using the app over a year and during the last 9 month very stable and no problems in normal usage

Depuis qu’on est obligés de migrer vers la nouvelle appli, ça ne marche juste plus. Sauf si j’ai l’application ouverte et que j’écris quand elle est active. Ça valait la peine de dépenser une fortune pour ce truc.

Einträge werden nicht in die Agenda übernommen. Ein Eintrag pro Woche funktioniert teilweise, mehrere funktionieren nie. Vorgänger App war träge und mühsam, aber wenigstens funktionierte die App so einigermassen.

Alles gemacht wie ich es machen sollte aber das Notizbuch erscheint nicht. Ich habe das Tablett Buch wo mit geliefert wurde. Support kann auch nicht helfen. Habe jetzt mal ein Mail gemacht und warte ab.

La connection avec Google Drive est réparée, mais : . La migration des anciens carnets ne fonctionne pas . Le carnet que j’utilise actuellement n’apparaît même pas dans la liste des carnets à migrer ! . Par conséquent le transfert des données du stylo ne fonctionne pas, puisqu’il ne trouve pas le carnet... Si vous n’est pas en mesure de faire fonctionner votre nouvelle application, permettez au moins qu’on puisse à nouveau utiliser l’ancienne. Cette situation est inacceptable de la part d’une marque réputée comme Moleskine !

Completely unusable. Resizing just one page or turning the ipad results in an adventure game to find a full size presentation. Flipping from one page to the next shows a loading data message and resizes the page afterwards. Keep the old version that works!
