Honestly, biggest pain ever. This app animates you to collect points and get cash back but it seems that I got too much cash back this year as it keeps crashing on me or it suddenly unlinks my device and does not link it again. Honestly, worst app I have ever had to download (the 10th time now, hoping it doesn’t crash anymore…)

This app is not user friendly at all. And the wordt part is that i cant log anything on the app to get my daily goals as the app keeps crashing. This has been happening the whole week. And i have tried the delete and reinstall thing a few times. Ridiculous.

This app is not at all user friendly. I am pretty good at navigating my way when it comes to technology but this app pretty much is the worst. It’s so hard to use they make it so hard when it should be pretty simple.

Always a issue with 1 voucher being refunded and 1 successfull

New app looks good but I wanted to convert my points to Dischem just to find out that I lost them. R200 . So not pleased with the app!

Worst app ever, nothing works

No one is helping me. My active days don’t pull through unless I unlink and relink every day. And even some days still not. So I lose on rewards.

This app is shockingly bad for a company the size of momentum, between this and the momentum app I don’t understand how they allowed it to get this bad. It’s like they threw together a bunch of dev teams, each one deciding on the design and Ux of each page with no flow between any of them Honestly, maybe the devs are doing good work, but who ever is responsible for this digital platform should be fired. I’ve never seen anything this bad

Battle to get my Garmin connected. Shows network but I am on 100Mb line 🫣

The app is the slowest app I’ve ever used, that’s IF it’s even working, most of the time there is an error message. I can’t understand how, with technology as advanced as it is, Momentum just cannot get it right. It is incredibly frustrating. It’s actually shocking how slow the app is.
