App doesn’t let me register myself !

This app refuses to create a profile for myself. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling!

Inconsistent

The app is ok, I find it a bit clunky and not always easy to navigate my way around. There should be links where there aren’t. It also frustrates me that it doesn’t always work and on numerous occasions my recharge score doesn’t save or my active dayz score won’t pull through from my watch. Also had times when my weekly wins vouchers list doesn’t show up. The app is very inconsistent with its workings and it gets frustrating

Not sure what is going on

After trying the registration user journey, I am redirected to the login with no idea what my password might be, I didn’t even get an email stating a successful registration. Not sure who is doing QA, but the experience is shocking.

Not working

Everything I click on - for example - get more points - takes me to a page that tells me to download the Multiply App.. but I am already in the app!! So frustrating

Literally impossible to login wow

I tried to register, It did not prompt me for a password (to create one) And then directly asks you to login with a password I never created? Sorry this is really bad. And I work in App development. (This UI/UX needs some consideration, quickly)

App not working

I’ve downloaded the app and tried to register 5 times without success - deleted app…

Disappointing

The app is not user friendly. You cannot find out your level. The call centre tells you to do something the app cannot do. The rewards include vouchers to a fast food restaurant - in an app promoting health?

Not sure if its purpose

I didn’t know but eventually figured out that I had to download and sign into the normal Momentum app before you can access this app. I’ve tried to access features on the Multiplier app but none of the links for ‘more info’ work. It’s basically an app prompting the user to upgrade to the premium service.

Draining battery!!!

The app used to work perfectly before but recently in one day, 18 hours background usage comes from the momentum app!! My battery doesn’t even last half a day and it is a brand new phone, not even a year old

Unable to make flight bookings

The Momentum Multuply app is one of the most frustrating app I have ever used. There is no way that I can make use of any partner benefits via the app. Unfortunately, also not online.
