At starting I thought it’s so much easy, but after recharging it’s just like a hell. You have to compulsory recharge when it is less than 100 rupees and even if you recharge it, the gateway doesn’t accept it and you have to refresh multiple times and go to counter multiple times but none of them are very helpful because even they don’t know what goes wrong in it. Seriously very bad app. Just go and buy yourself a metro card that’s more be helpful to you then this one.

Multiple QR code functionality doesn’t work properly It’s ledger logic is poor Customer care isn’t equipped to help

First of all, the multiple journey QR does not refresh smoothly. Secondly, if you have added the QR, why not give users options to enlarge it for easily scanning it. Please hire some good ux designers as well to understand the problem of users. This app is just created without understanding what users really need.

When things are getting fast obsolete, DMRC tend to stick to the basics only. Watch wearables have evolved long enough to allow scanning of tickets (lots of Tubes around the world have this facility) but no DMRC won’t even bother to provide watch wearable ps support for the app to make it actually smart.

This app has all conceivable information that you might need for using the Delhi metro, DMRC are real ones for making such great updates in the sarthi app system.

Recently i used this app to travel in Delhi metro, I think it’s a good app but need bug fixes, as i used it first time every thing goes well, after an hour of existing the metro station, it was not working, i was not able to enter the metro station with this multiple journey Qr code, And the metro staff says there is error showing on there system with Qr and i need to buy a physical ticket after multiple attempts, even they don’t have info about resolving the issue. First time experience was good, but 2nd time experience was bad as it does not worked for me.

I purchased ticket from this app, money deducted and I haven’t received any ticket. 0 support from customer care as they insured me that i will get refund in 1-2 days as its 4day 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
