This is the worst app ever. Its been two times my money has not been refunded and I’ve contacted the so called CUSTOMER CARE and its the WORST customer care ever. They didnt even hear me they just shouted and cut the call. THE REASON WHY OUR COUNTRY NEVER GROWS is BECAUSE OF SUCH UNETHICAL PEOPLE.

It works before 6 AM and after 9 PM when you cannot book the ticket with QR code. When you can book then the app goes to sleep and never respond. Shows network request failed.

In a capital city with a large number of foreign tourists it would be useful and convenient to have international cellphone access. One star as I cannot access

Time difference between installing and uninstalling the app must be 3-4 min. Its so bad. It hangs with every tap.

Add ticket purchase at least for barcodes that are printed on airport line

Earlier it was sooooo good but now the updated version is good for nothing. Nothing is coming automatically and without Internet we can’t use earlier it was working without Internet.

Latest updated version doesn't work. Can't enter the station names. Did someone test it?

Not able to accept T&C , getting connectivity issue though I am able to browse other sites / app . No support provided for app.

I was able to download the app but can't get past the "Accept" terms and condition screen. The app keeps giving the following error even when I am connected to the Internet (downloaded the app and wrote this review...lol): "Not able to connect. Please check your network connection and try again". What a waste of time!

This is a good app as it is updated to carry the new routes as well. The Google maps is opening up Apple Maps which are useless in India. Can you use google maps API and call up google maps for all or at least give the option to oil and choose ?
