Can be much better
After having this device for more than two years, i keep having problems with connecting and updating. Now, this MM2 model is discontinued as i find out on the Monimoto site. Basically it can be a nice system but problem after problem gave me no other option than to stop using this device. Updating the simcard was a nightmare, connecting to the devices too. Look for something else i would say.
Can’t login iOS 14
Login to the app no longer works since iOS 14. The iOS developer previews were available for months already. Team should have anticipated on this update.
Can be Better
Would be Nice to be able to set the sleep periode manually. 24 hours is too long But 12 would be better. A way to be able to lookup for the device would be great if possible.
Nice app, but
Would be nice to choose to wake up device to look for location via app. I know this drains battery a bit but I would like to choose myself to drain battery or not. This would be a powerfull implementation to this device. Keep up the good work!

My bike got stolen last week and I was able to track it and retrieve the bike back thanks to Monimoto!
Great hardware, poor software
The minimoto system is a great idea and the hardware is great. But the app is terrible, it’s interface is clunky and half the features don’t work. You can’t sleep the alarm for a specific time, it always chooses 5 hours?!, never alarms you if the key fob battery is dead, doesn’t let you tell it that it’s a false alarm. Just really annoying to use!
Great app, better customer service
The apps functionality is simple to use and the customer service is second to none. I had the pleasure of dealing with Liuka when I had an issue and they responded extremely fast and were a great help with what I needed.
Wanna view GPS location
Hi there the tracker is great …. Onky thing id like to have is option to view tracker location when it updates daily on the event list and request location of tracker to view on a map , i inderstand the power consumption but if it was a request onky tbing and view the signal sent not jusy armed and ready message will be good… thanks moni moto:)
