I bought a plan that wasn’t activated so i demanded a refund and it’s been a week, no refund. Totally unprofessional

Waste of money and energy

Loved it very much !! You can select multiple countries/destinations, we visited qatar for 2 days and Malaysia for 8 days !! Same purchase package works in both countries. Must download.

I purchased the Monty esim after comparing it to different companies and for the package this is yet the best. I downloaded the app before my travel and once I landed it was automatically activated! I was really happy to have internet instantly without having to buy a physical sim or get lost until I get connection 😅 Hussein from the customer service was very supportive although I contacted them at night.

When you are traveling different countries , u need to keep the communication around, you can really rely on this incredible application , serious support and fast respond . I am grateful to used , will recommend for a good plan when traveling no matter destination …. Love it 😃

I did not know about Monty esim. I tried other apps that failed to activate an esim for my stay in Turkey. But when I downloaded Monty it literally took 1 min and my 4G esim was up and running.

I bought my card 1 week ago while on tour in Europe. The customer service of the app is excellent. Hassan helped me in a very prompt, efficient and professional way to download and use my card. He was very patient with me, since I was little anxious and was not able to figure it on my own. I am so happy I chose this e sim. It is much cheaper and very convenient option.
