Moonlite - Storytime Projector

Hi all, I have lost activation code during moving home then I ask Moonlite to get a code, I had to send them some photoes that shows some information anyway, resolved in 24H sending few emails, was good experience. Thank you Moonlite, my daughter really loves it.

The ‘background’ music on the app is too loud and there is no option to turn it off. It ruins the sound effects. The projector also doesn’t seem to work well with IPhone.

Seems to be a common problem with this . My codes don’t work for my story’s . Was sent an email with a link but it only created a password for my account. A lot of bugs to fix I think 🤔

I bought couples of book with the activation code couples year ago and it’s used to work . but now when I tried to use them again , the activation code doesn’t work anymore in the app. Why is that ?

Great support, only need to buy more disks now… the 4 year old loves it and then at the end of the story we do hand puppets using the light source.

Bought the physical thing but the activation code didn’t even work.

I would give this 5 stars but the app just shuts off in the middle of reading a book almost every time (multiple time). My daughter really loves it and it would be perfect if this one thing could get fixed or improved on.

My family love this product! My daughter requests to read her moonlite stories once a day! The sound effects are so fun too. We took this with us during an overnight stay at a hotel and it made the trip even more special.

My toddlers absolutely LOVE Moonlite stories and now refuse to read books any other way at bedtime! It’s the best part of our day, and the Customer Service team is so helpful, friendly and responsive! We have already gifted several stories and projectors to others and will certainly continue to add to our collection, we are Moonlite Customers for life.

My son can not go to sleep unless he has his story time. He already has a huge collection Moonlite stories! I love how you can play sound effects through out the story and also change up the background music as you read.
