J’ai commandé un pull et sa fait déjà plusieurs semaines que je n’ai toujours rien reçu. À mon avis c’est 58€ jeté par les fenêtres. Je suis très déçus.

L’application bug énormément mes wishlist disparaisse et mon panier également Très désagréable

L’application bug tellement qu’il est impossible de l’utiliser…

Love Motel rocks!!! Quite expensive but always worth it.

J’ai commandé il y’a un mois et toujours rien, le site nous donne un numéro de suivis mais il marche pas du tous. Sur les articles il y’a pas de section commentaire pour voir les avis des gens et en plus il faut écrire le nom de l’article pour réussir à le trouver. Et pour couronner le tous, j’ai du payer une douane, estimée à 2,85€ puis 1,95€ mais payé à 19,5€, qui devait normalement être gratuit en France. Jusqu’à ce jour toujours rien, aucune aide, 220€ de gâchée! C’est décevant vraiment...

L’application bug quand on veux chercher par nom. Il y a des vêtements impossible à acheter tellement ils partent vite. Par contre la longueur des pantalons reste vraiment court ! Je fais 1m75 et autant dire que aujourd’hui c’est difficile de trouver un pantalon a ma taille !

C’est un bon site mais malheureusement il n’est qu’en anglais et pas en d’autres langues (français) je trouve ça dommage.

Cute clothes, bought from here a few times and have been satisfied with the quality, however the app makes it impossible to browse/shop sometimes because it’s extremely glitchy. Sometimes I cannot see my favourited items, and the app also fails to display any of the products sometimes, instead it will just say “no products found” I love the clothes Motel has but sometimes I just can’t be bothered to browse as I can’t use the glitchy app!!

I love motel rocks it’s probably my favourite clothing brand but I am constantly getting agitated by the fact that I can’t shop. The app and the website is so glitchy. You can’t see half the colours for clothing and have to press a plain white area in order to select other options for colours. The website glitches and I can’t press or scroll on anything so I have to reload the whole website and start all over!!! The app is limited to sections compared to the website so I can’t find things as easily but overall so glitchy. I am so fed up of it and i’m at the point where I’m going to give up shopping here! It’s not just me so please get it fixed. Thank you. p.s a suggestion/request, instead of having a continuous page for scrolling separate it to multiple pages if that makes sense because It might just be me but i get tired of just scrolling and scrolling plus when the website glitches then it goes right to the start and i have to scroll for ages until i get back to the place I was at, which is a frequent occurrence that gets annoying! Sorry to be a bother I hope I didn’t come of super rude I just love the shop and hoping it would be fixed. Thank you 💗
