I bought some stuff and as Im unboxing the jeans a SHEIN tag falls out of the bag?!? Are you serious? This is such a scam please save your money!!

Schöne Kleidung, aber unübersichtliche App, die leider oft hängt und das Shoppen sehr kompliziert und ungenießbar macht. Daher kann ich andere Rezensionen nachvollziehen und schließe mich an, dass an der App dringend gearbeitet werden muss.

difficult to use pages dont load filters dont work was supposed to get free shipping, but didnt?? no discounts work, not even the ones from motel rocks directly serioulsy badly done

I mean the loading screen is pretty and all but the app isn’t very useful if that’s all it’s gonna do.. reinstalled it, reopened it and nothing helped

Die App ist sehr langsam und hängt oft, liebe die Klamotten aber das shoppen ist leider nicht so easy

It’s 2022, come on now. The app is terrible and that makes it difficult to use.

I love motel rocks it’s probably my favourite clothing brand but I am constantly getting agitated by the fact that I can’t shop. The app and the website is so glitchy. You can’t see half the colours for clothing and have to press a plain white area in order to select other options for colours. The website glitches and I can’t press or scroll on anything so I have to reload the whole website and start all over!!! The app is limited to sections compared to the website so I can’t find things as easily but overall so glitchy. I am so fed up of it and i’m at the point where I’m going to give up shopping here! It’s not just me so please get it fixed. Thank you. p.s a suggestion/request, instead of having a continuous page for scrolling separate it to multiple pages if that makes sense because It might just be me but i get tired of just scrolling and scrolling plus when the website glitches then it goes right to the start and i have to scroll for ages until i get back to the place I was at, which is a frequent occurrence that gets annoying! Sorry to be a bother I hope I didn’t come of super rude I just love the shop and hoping it would be fixed. Thank you 💗

so easy to use and the layout is stunning all the clothes are amazing although would be better to include more detail on material for all clothing!

Very glitchy and hard to use, when scrolling it shows the items multiple times, and that’s when it actually manages to scroll or change tabs

my basket items are not showing, and my wishlist says it's empty even though i can see hearts next to my favourited items. on top of that, when the wishlist does work, it sorts from oldest to newest. a complete lack of attention has been put into this app, i wish it worked better.
