Need an app for the ipad like the desktop app this is no good

This app was made for anybody with ADHD. No more never ending to do lists. If your company uses other PM tools like Jira, Monday or ClickUp you can easily set up a Zapier to import them into Motion. Their email forwarding functionality is amazing.

I made a big list of agenda points. Now want to easily add them to the bigger projects that I have going on. As soon as I add them to a workspace it disappears. Labeling is very confusing and the overview is a slippery slope towards a total mess. It also looks like the desktop iPad and mobile versions are UX designed to make it feel logic. What’s wrong with pressing on a point on the agenda and giving the options there with a natural overview where it belongs to and reassign those points to where you need to have it? God I hate planning even more now.

Please add a notification functionality about scheduled tasks to let us remember when to start and stop

Does not support all functionalities the desktop does which makes it less useful

I love the way this gives structure to my day without feeling overwhelmed. All my to do’s ho into it so I know I have time for it.

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and for me it works very well. Tasks are scheduled automatically, so I finish almost all of my tasks on time. On top of that, the booking functionality is very good. I can arrange meetings without sending lots of emails.

At first I wasn’t really sure about it. It seemed just yet another boring calendar app. But as I gave it a try really started to see the benefits. However that being said a few things could be improved. I think manually rescheduling tasks could be easier and the ai should give some suggestions still, Unless I just explicitly lock the task. In fact scheduling is very clanky and needs improvement. Sometimes I wanted to schedule task for a specific day , in specific hours such as personal or work hours etc. But the AI seemed to chose time very randomly despite my choices. And once the task was scheduled by AI in a certain day, then it was very hard to move to other days. Etc. A feature that would really go along nicely with the calendar is to have a chat bot which I would ask directly to schedule/search events/tasks for me. After all we are in ChatGPT era. Finally feel like the pricing for personal use could’ve been cheaper. Currently it’s too expensive considering all of the above.

It’s very limited. Only works with Google accounts , login and plan management is a nightmare and it’s not very intelligent when it comes to scheduling tasks. Useless.
