Motion: Tasks & AI Scheduling

This is going to help me so much with all my deadlines and remembering smaller tasks. Also leading a team will he much easier with motion… no more nagging there is expectations set by the app and i can see if and when they are completed. Highly recommend. Five stars

Unsubscribed from this worthless app with limited Mac workability only to find I’ve been charged another annual subscription. Totally sums up the businesses integrity.

Hard to believe how effective it is to just see the tasks you’ve set out in priority order relentlessly appearing for you to not have to decide what to do next.

Love the app, however it would be great to have an iPad version.

I’m currently actively working to step away from tech/app due to executive overload which means disengaging from apps/phone/unnecessary tasks. As a combination autistic adhd woman, the executive load on me to cancel subscriptions whilst I am under high cognitive pressure creates a barrier for me. Although this is not the kind of review you would expect, I want to commend this App for making the process easy, (which was a two step process). Under Access and Inclusion parameters for disability, this was commendable and I hope other organisation seek to achieve the same.

What paralyses me a lot of the time is deciding the most important thing to do next. Motion gives me a trusted place to capture things that need doing and - as long as I commit regular time to tell it the relative importance to tasks - I can lock into an execution mindset for most of the day and simply do the next thing on the calendar, secure in the knowledge it’s the best current use of my time. This is the productivity tool I’ve dreamed of for most of my working life

Popping everything in a calendar daily and having it put in time order is great

If I could rate zero I would. Took my money. Didn’t tell me the price of it before I agreed to pay for it. Now it hasn’t even been a year and my email isn’t detected on the app as active???
