Where have all the settings gone?! Why doesn't this work with Motiv Video? Both apps recognise the MV88 as a headset!!! What?! I am so disappointed. Money wasted!

I brought MV7 , and downloaded the app for iPhone, all good to start I could easily adjust levels. Now my device not recognising and I can’t adjust anything .. using focus Right and usb bank . Tried everything to get it to work! I am now prompted to download motiv mix ? This can’t be directly done you have to submit your details and then wait for an email from third party.. very frustrating indeed.

Just bought an MV88+ and try as I might it wouldn’t be recognised by my iPhone 15 or iPad Air, just seen as a headset (both use USB-C). Out of desperation I used the lightning lead on an older iPad Pro and it was recognised straightaway and informed me that the MV88+ needed a firmware update. This was undertaken and it was then immediately recognised on the USB-C devices. Without access to a lightning interfaced device I would have been stumped. 🤔

Could you include a setting for BPM?

Great app that allows total control over the share MOTIV range of microphones. I feel it would benefit from a reverb slider as well for the musicians out there who like a bit of ambience when recording.

Nice App! The only feature I would like is an ‘upside down’ portrait view so that the app can be used with my phone upside down on a music stand with the cable coming out the top.

The app does not have option to convert audio to MP3 and to the list of audio converters in the app and should be added to make it easier to share files recorded social media and other platforms. It’s highly frustrating to record from such a good microphone source and app but fails to have such option. Please add MP3 to the option. Thanks.

Team, please look into the iOS16 issue asap. Anytime I now try to record, the timer doesn’t move and no audio records. All I get is an audio glitch at the start. I have closed and reopened the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected the mic and still not getting any recording.

App keeps updating and not using microphone,

Continuing software problems with constant Motiv updates that never settle down and lack of flexibility and incompatibility with current and historic versions of Mac iOS.
