Would love a download option for the races!

The most recent update to iOS 18.0.1 and full stop, the playback on videos is only a black screen. Before giving any time/money/effort with this app, wait till the developers fix this black plague.

I write a lot of other peoples complaints, and I had the same problem, with the poor feed quality of the videos. Then I got a Starlink satellite connection and it is worth every penny. MotoGP’s videos and data stream is now perfect. Turns out it was T-Mobile network that was always dragging lagging and falling off. Starlink rocks. MotoGP rocks, thank you guys and the ladies.

Dorna should have their entire executive team fired for how poorly this app is designed. They are about the most expensive streaming service out there, and they produce an app that is amazingly difficult to use a user unfriendly. Just 2 years ago it was great, then they “redesigned” it, and absolutely ruined it.

The last time I left a review, I gave it 2 stars. I’ve seen improvement so I’m taking time from my busy schedule to acknowledge the developers efforts. It’s honestly more like 3.5 stars to me. Playback has gotten better. The layout has grown on me. Improve more the video experience and you’ll get a 4 from me. Include features I get when viewing on the web, such as multiple camera feeds, and you’ll score a 5 with me.

Long time MotoGP fan, love the sport, but this app is truly horrible. I question why I pay $150 a year for livestreams to not work. I only see black screens half the time. MotoGP is big enough for them to have a decent app…just like all other major sports.

I have had the app for over four years. Even though I give Dorna the benefit of the doubt and repurchase after cancelling in frustration it is consistently plagued by the same problems; lag and an unstable platform. Hence one will find oneself at the start of the race with a black screen. Customer service will tell you to offload or reinstall or to check your wifi but the fact that these are perpetual problems (even when using 5G)when so many other sports app are basically trouble free make this an app to avoid like a disease. Fortunately there are other options.

Bad interface, slow and not good quality. Take sooo much time to have all uploaded and available. Mot intuitive interface and very old design
